Strategic Planning / Studer
  • The Steering Team has until January 3, 2024 to provide feedback on the final pass of the strategic plan goals.  The school board will then meet on January 4 during a board workshop to discuss the strategic plan with the goal of the board approving the strategic plan at the January 8, 2024 board meeting.
  • The directors gained feedback from the rest of the administrative team and will be working with their department teams to gain additional feedback based on their department survey results from the District Services Survey.  Once they gain all of the feedback they will be setting a goal for the rest of this school year with 1-2 goals for next school year.  All the goals will be shared out with all staff once they are finalized.
  • The school level administrative teams will be working with their building teams to gain feedback on the Employee Engagement Survey to determine their goal for the rest of the year and the 1-2 goals for next year.  Once they are finalized they too will be shared out with the district.
  • Then, in February our teams will work with students to set goals based on the student survey and in March teams will work with parents on the parent survey to set goals.
